Log into your My island Hub account and click through to Account>settings>my details. There you can choose to 'edit' your password, email address, contact number, and address details.
Once your item has been shipped/Delivered a ‘Review required’ prompt will show up in the Myislandhub Dashboard area. Click through to leave either a positive, neutral, or negative review for the seller plus a comment. If you have a question for the seller please do not leave it in the review section, send them a message by clicking on the envelope icon on their storefront or on any of their items for sale.
If review if left unjust or left incorrectly we may remove it without further contact.
Rating your experience helps us to improve the quality of sellers that we have on our platform. The seller rating option will only be available to those who would have bought something or communicated with the seller.
