Log into your Shop if you haven't already. Go to products-> Product Listing and click on the + add products button. If you need to add Digital products, click on the "Digital Product" option.

Yes, you can sell any range of digital products.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already.

1. Go to Products → Products.
2. Click on a product name in the list or add a new product by clicking the + button.
3. Tick the Downloadable check box in the Extra section.
   a check box appears when the Enable selling downloadable products option is activated in the Settings → General section.
4. Tick the Enable shipping for downloadable products checkbox if the product has a tangible component and it is required to display a shipping method.
5. Tick the Time-unlimited download checkbox if you would like to make the product download always available after purchase.

   If the Time-unlimited download checkbox is ticked, the Download key TTL (for electronically distributed products), hours setting from Settings → General won’t affect the product.

   The Download key TTL (for electronically distributed products), hours setting defines a time in hours within which the customer can download the file(s) after the purchase. This period can be prolonged for a certain order on the order details page.

6. Click the Save or Create button.
7. Switch to the Files to sell tab.
8. While on this tab, click the Add file button. This will open a special form where you’ll be able to upload the necessary files.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already.

1. Go to Products → Products.
2. Click on the product name to open its settings, and then switch to the Options tab.
3. Enter the option name. If it does not exist yet, click the Add button.

   If you’ve already created this option for another product, link that existing option instead of creating a new one. If some variants of an option aren’t applicable for the products.

4. Add the option variants in the Variants field.
5. Click Create.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already.

1. Open the Variations tab on the page of the product.
2. Click Add variations.
3. Enter a name of a feature in the Create new products tab. If a feature exists in your store, you’ll be offered to use it.

   Not all the features appear among suggestions. It depends on what Purpose has been specified in the product features settings

   If the feature does not exist yet, click Add and specify one of the two Purposes for it. Specified purpose determines whether variations with different feature values will occupy separate positions in the list.

4. Add Variants for your features.
5. Click Create. The variations will be generated automatically.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already.

1. Go to Products → Filters.
2. Click the + button on the right and specify filter properties in the New filter window that will open.
3. Switch to the Categories tab.
4. Click the Add categories button and add categories where this filter will be displayed.

   If a category is selected, the filter will be displayed only on the page of that category.

5. Click the Create button.

Your product listing should include the following:

1. Title

Your product title should include 90-200 characters, capitalize the first letter of each word.

2. Image

400px X 400px pixels are required for optimal images.

3. Price

Set pricing that suites your projection.

 4. List Price

Manufacturer Price*

5. Category

Assign a category to which your product(s) will be displayed to buyers.

6. Variation

Add differentiators to your product such as color, size, model, and more.

7. Description

Short, descriptive sentences that highlight the keys features and benefits of your product.

8. Extended Description

Add Keywords that will improve your chances of buyers finding your product(s).

Log into your Shop if you haven't already.

1. Go to Marketing--->Product Bundle click the + button to add a new bundle. In the opened window, fill in the fields from the General tab firstly.
   • Enter the Name.
   • Add a Description and Promo image for the bundle if needed.
   • Tick the Display in the promotions checkbox if you want to show the bundle in the list of promotions.
2. Define the Available period—the time when the created bundle is available
3. Open the Products tab. Choose the products you want to add to the bundle.

   
   

   For each product:

   • set the Quantity, type of available Discount (absolute or percentage) and its Value;
   • tick the Show on products page checkbox if you want to show the bundle on the product page.
4. Recalculate the total cost and set the discount value in the Share discount($) field, if necessary.
5. Click the Apply button. Save the created bundle.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already. Go to products-> Product Being Sold and select your desired product(s). To create a sale, the *Price* of the item must be less than the "List Price."

Log into your Shop if you haven't already. Go to Marketing--> Promotions. Click the + button in the top right corner and choose Add cart promotion or Add catalog promotion:

• Catalog promotions are product discounts that are displayed on the catalog pages (the pages of products and categories).

• Cart promotions include discounts on products and orders; bonus coupons; free shipping; free products; and so on. Cart promotions are displayed on the cart and checkout page.

The promotion creation form will open. Fill in the information on the General tab. Switch to the Conditions tab. This tab determines in what cases the promotion applies. Click the Add condition button and choose the condition from the dropdown list. Most conditions require you to enter additional information. Click the Create button.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already. Go to Marketing--> Promotions.

1. Click the + button in the top right corner and choose Add cart promotion.
2. Fill in the fields on the General tab. Make sure your promotion has a Name, and that the Status is set to Active.
3. Switch to the Conditions tab and click the Add condition button.
4. Select Coupon code from the dropdown list.

Once a customer places an order, you will receive an email with the order details. You will then need to log into your shop, from there you will process the sale and prepare the order from the order menu tab. 

Once the order has been shipped/delivered or picked up you must mark the order as completed.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already.

1. Click the gear button in the upper-right part of the page.
2. Choose the Edit order action, and the order editing page will open.

   
   

   You can perform the following actions:

   • Add a product to the order: start entering the product’s name in the text field and choose one of the suggested products from the drop-down list. Alternatively, click Advanced products search and use the pop-up window to find and add the desired products.
   • Remove a product from the order: hover the mouse pointer over the product and click the trash can icon.
   • Change the price of a product in the order: tick the Price checkbox and edit the price. This will affect the price of the product only for this particular order, and not the price in the catalog.

     If you want to edit the product in the catalog, click on the product’s name.

   • Edit customer’s information and address: click one of the Edit icons on the panel on the left, change the data in the pop-up window, then click Update.
   • Choose payment method/shipping method/order status: use the drop-down menus on the panel on the right.
   • Apply a coupon code or discount: enter the coupon code under the list of products in the order.
3. Once you’ve made the changes, click Save.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already.

1. Go to Orders → View orders.
2. Find the desired order and click on its current status.
3. This will open the list of all available statuses. Click on the required status.
