You can manage your shop through your vendor portal. Through this portal, you can access your account information, add products, manage orders, inventory, Messages, and more.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already. Go to Setting--->Payment Methods. You’ll see the list of the available payment methods. Click the + button to open a form for creating a payment method. Fill in the form and click the Create button below the form.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already. Go to Dashboard-> Current Balance and click on the  "Refill Balance" button -> Enter your payment amount and click on the "Refill Balance" button once more to complete your payment.

Log into your Shop if you haven't already. Go to Setting--->Shipping Methods.Click the + button in the upper-right part of the page to add a new shipping method. Configure the shipping method, then click the Create button.

Yes, you can sell any range of digital products.

Promoting your Shop gives the option to pay to feature on some high-traffic pages of myislandhub.co; My Island Hub's Homepages,  the category's for Apparel, Beauty & Personal, Electronics, and Digital Products pages. It is a highly effective way to give your shop visibility on these popular pages. The cost of the promotion will be added to your monthly invoice. Click for more details.

To build and maintain trust and to avoid problems and disputes, thus providing a positive buying experience for your customers. You will need to be thorough about the terms of your shop. These include fees, shipping/delivery, and return policy.

Our primary payment methods are Cash On Delivery (C.O.D), ATH Movil, E-Wallet, My Island Hub Pay,C Pay, PayPal,2Checkout, Authorize.NetBraintree,Stripe, BitCoin,AfterPay, Offline, and more.

Payments to your shop can be made through our secure payment gateway options available on My Hub Basic and Up, or via My island Hub's Marketplace processors.

My Island Hub Processor Payments are made on the next business day of the payment settlement and are dependent on your withdrawal request submission via your Account Tab.

Currently,Island Hub Payment Gateways are supported by the following local banks:

• Banco Popular Bank,
• First Caribbean Internationally Bank,
• Republic Bank , and
• First Bank.

Vendors are responsible for servicing and communicating with buyers. For customer inquiries or questions, we ask that you respond to all messages within 2 days. If a customer inquiry or question is not addressed within 5 days. My Island Hub's Customer Care will step in as necessary to respond, and or to resolve the issue at our discretion on your behalf.
